A registered architect with 30 years professional experience Grant Simmons has a breadth and depth of experience across the development and construction industry having worked in senior positions in major architectural practices and managed his own practice for the last 20 years.
As the director of GSA and previously as a director of Davenport Campbell, Grant has been responsible for all stages of project delivery, from sourcing projects through to the marketing and handover of completed developments. Grant is accustomed to working in a multi disciplinary team or leading the project as principal consultant, depending on the nature of the development.
Grant graduated from the University of Sydney. He has travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and America focusing on design, style and construction techniques. Grant has developed a sophisticated personal design style, which clearly recognises Australia's unique light and weather conditions and stringent authority requirements.
